The purpose of such a program is to save you the time I spent training and dieting without direction and intent in pursuit of the physique I have built to date. Aloha amigos, I am a German IFBB Pro athlete with a degree in engineering. My Fitness journey started at the age of 11 with the goal to be a protector, strong and fearless. In he beginning it was boxing and bodyweight exercises. At the age of 15 I stepped into a gym for the first time, ever since I haven’t missed one workout. I learned about nutrition and muscle development as well as posing and presentation. Towards the end of my engineering studies I competed for the first time in Men’s Physique and found great joy in stepping on stage. 2017 I won my pro card at the Arnold Classic Australia. Six month later I did my first two pro shows. I always kept a balanced lifestyle. Focusing on my competitions and at the same time spending enough time for friends and family and finishing my studies.
