The Liam Byrne’s “Summer Body Nutrition and Training” program has been tailored in accordance to the exercises, rep schemes, training frequency, intensity techniques, macronutrient ratios, foods and supplements, I believe most effective for women looking to tone and tighten their bodies. The purpose of such a program is to save you the time I spent training and dieting without direction and intent in pursuit of the physique I have built to date. The program includes 8 weeks worth of individualised nutrition, training and supplementation protocols tailored to suit the preferences of the individual.

Over the course of three years I went from a 142kg unhappy 23 year old, to a vibrant healthy 96kg 26 year old with a bright future. With that transformation I finished my certification in personal training as I want to help and changes people’s lifestyles and feel their best!
