The Matt O'Reilly “Six Pack Shortcuts” program has been tailored in accordance to the exercises, rep schemes, training frequency, intensity techniques, macronutrient ratios, foods and supplements, I believe most effective for fat loss in men. The purpose of such a program is to save you the time I spent training and dieting without direction and intent in pursuit of the physique I have built to date. The program includes 8 weeks worth of individualised nutrition, training and supplementation protocols tailored to suit the preferences of the individual.
About Matty O'Reilly
Growing up in country NSW I was always outdoors and active and could most often be found with a tennis racket, cricket bat or footy in my hands. With a farm backyard perfect for practice, my talent as a Rugby League player developed and my passion for the sport took me to the Gold Coast as a teenager. Whilst contracted to train and play at an elite level with the Gold Coast Titans, I learned first hand the importance of a balanced and supportive diet to drive performance. My knowledge of the fitness industry grew as I continued to play football into my twenties and after countless gym sessions I found myself becoming interested in bodybuilding and started challenging myself to sculpt my physique. After suffering a severe neck injury in 2014, which marked the end of my football career, I became determined to make my bodybuilding dream a reality and began training for the 2017 Australian WBFF Fitness Show. Although competing against a quality line up, my first show was a resounding success and I was awarded the winner of the Muscle Model category gaining my WBFF Pro Card. Whilst I now have my sights set on attending the Pro WBFF Worlds show in Las Vegas later in 2018, I am also passionate about helping others achieve their optimal physique. Even though there are no shortcuts in this game I have a wealth of knowledge to pass on that will hopefully make your journey an effective and enjoyable one.
