The Mypseyrfitness “Six Pack Shortcuts” program has been tailored in accordance to the exercises, rep schemes, training frequency, intensity techniques, macronutrient ratios, foods and supplements, I believe most effective for fat loss in men. The purpose of such a program is to save you the time I spent training and dieting without direction and intent in pursuit of the physique I have built to date. The program includes 8 weeks worth of individualised nutrition, training and supplementation protocols tailored to suit the preferences of the individual.

A little bit about myself. I'm 21 years old, I'm extremely passionate about health and fitness. I normally train around two hours a day six days a week. I'm currently working at World Gym Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast, I'm a personal trainer and online coach. My goals are to become one of the most well known fitness models in the world. Calum Von Moger has always been one of my biggest idols in the fitness industry. I aspire to look like that one day but just a little bit better. Training for me has served so many purposes not only being fit and healthy, but in my everyday life, regardless of whatever problems where going on in my life, I would go and train for a couple of hours and immediately feel amazing. The gym and fitness has been something that's helped me become the person that I am today. I am positive, outgoing, love talking to people, making new friends and most importantly helping others. One of my biggest goals is to help as many people as I can in the fitness industry to achieve the body of their dreams and help them become all around more positive people. Body transformations are my speciality. My favourite kind of training method is training hard, but smart. I love pushing my clients to failure and nothing gives me more self gratification than changing peoples lives through fitness.
