About Riann Burton
If I am honest, at 23 years of age I am still unsure as to the direction would like to take my life. One thing I am certain of however is my passion for health, fitness and helping others. Training leaves me feeling empowered, I would love to help others experience such a feeling. From an early age I was fortunate enough to have my parents introduced me to sports. I tried my hand at swimming, basketball, karate and motocross, until I had an accident racing that resulted in a knee reconstruction and a lengthy rehabilitation process. As part of such a rehabilitation process, I was required to partake in some mobility orientated training, until such a point I was otherwise unaware as to the many benefits weight training boasts. Now, with close to 6 years' worth of weight training experience and a sound understanding as to the methods I feel I have best responded to, I am eager to tell of my experiences, my fitness orientated successes and help those willing to learn, address their fitness orientated goals. I have tailored several training regimes, designed for women specifically comprised of the many intensity techniques, tempo's rep ranges and exercises I believe to be key contributing factors that have encouraged the composition changes I have to date.
