The Rick Lowry “Six Pack Shortcuts” program has been tailored in accordance to the exercises, rep schemes, training frequency, intensity techniques, macronutrient ratios, foods and supplements, I believe most effective for fat loss in men. The purpose of such a program is to save you the time I spent training and dieting without direction and intent in pursuit of the physique I have built to date. The program includes 8 weeks worth of individualised nutrition, training and supplementation protocols tailored to suit the preferences of the individual.
About Rick Lowry
A bit about myself. I'm 24 years old, grew up in a little town in Tasmania. Growing up I was involved in a few sports like AFL, Karate and touch football. For 7 years I was a carpenter but health and fitness was always a big part of my life and knew that I wanted to take it to a new level. Once I moved to the Gold Coast in 2014 my passion for the health and fitness industry grew immensely. I pursued my goal of becoming a Personal Trainer. I love knowing that I have the opportunity to help change people's lives by introducing them to the fitness lifestyle and helping empower them to unlock their full potential.
