I first joined a gym when I was 17 years old and never looked back. From age 18 I began weight training and age 20 I started prepping for my first ever competition. This is where my training and nutrition regime took a huge turn and was mapped out with strategies to support my new goal. Since my first ever show in 2016 I have placed in the top 3 in Australia and America with the WBFF! The most important lesson I have learnt in my fitness journey thus far, is that it is easy to waste time and not get the results you think you are working for.
