The Tobias Dowd “Six Pack Shortcuts” program has been tailored in accordance to the exercises, rep schemes, training frequency, intensity techniques, macronutrient ratios, foods and supplements, I believe most effective for fat loss in men. The purpose of such a program is to save you the time I spent training and dieting without direction and intent in pursuit of the physique I have built to date. The program includes 8 weeks worth of individualised nutrition, training and supplementation protocols tailored to suit the preferences of the individual.

Hi there team! My name is Tobias O'Dowd and my goal is to help to help you become the best version of yourself through evidence based training and nutritional practices. I am a qualified sports nutritionist, mindset coach, wbff fitness model and ASCA strength and conditioning coach. I have been training clients for the last 5 years and have been training myself for the last 11 years. I have had success with clients in applications for the federal police, commandos, SAS and correctional services. I have also worked with up to national level sports men and women including swimmers, netball players and rugby league players. I have also had success gaining results with weight loss, muscle gain, body composition improvements and strength improvements. In regards to my own fitness journey I love bodybuilding as my main sport but also powerlifting functional training. I love also being creative with my fitness and getting outdoors doing surfing, obstacle courses and mountain climbing. My goal with my clients to have them leaving a season of training with getting the results they want to achieve but having also being educated on their health and fitness and growing as a person.
